I'll go straight to the point: :)

Including WiMP in your Rockstar-plugin would be awesome. Especially since several hundred thousand people are customers of Canal Digital in Norway, and get free access to WiMP. I read in your forum that you don't understand norwegian and that WiMP doesn't seem to have an API for external developers to use. I'm sure if you contacted them, and presented your plugin, they would collaborate with you.

Now, I'm norwegian and would be happy to try to get you an e-mail address and/or phone number if you're interested in this.

I'm sorry to say that I haven't checked out your plugin yet, because I have 12. RC installed, but I'm sure it's great. I'm looking forwaard to the next release.
