Monitor shuts down after 10 minutes of inactivity

Hello,

After I upgraded to MP 0.2.1.0, from 2.0.4 my monitor (TV) goes into a low power mode after 10 minutes (this is the setting in Windows Power Management) of watching a video/listening to music in MP. Is there a way to disable this when MP starts?

i think im having the same problem with my tv. The only way to get it to turn back on is to move a mouse or press a key. The remote doesnt do it.

So there's no way to disable monitor standby when MP starts?

I had the same problem so i wrote this plugin.

Simply put it in the plugins\process folder.

Go to the setup program and activate it. It is called WindowsScreenSaver and found under Process.

You can choose what playback types to disable screensaver and power save for. When playback stops it automatically enables your screensaver and power safe again.
