It is a skin issue, have a look here for the solution, fixed in next release.

Massimo, I had the same problem, Any button linking to Clickmania doesn't work. It does work in the plugins list though. It has to be plugin related - the skin xml id does appear to be uniqe...
I've got the source, so I'm gonna try rebuild Clickmania against the latest MP SVN, i'll let you know what happens.
