Nice work spuck, here's what I had so far, these are not mockups . I may just nick some of your ideas though .

I'll be working away from home for a few days next week so hopefully I can get some serious skinning work done in the evenings

Yes, many LCD's have that resolution, (1366x768) but why not run it HD, when most media is or will be HD?
Why have a desktop resolution of 1366 when the movies is 1280 or even 1920?

The native resolution on my Plasma, is 1024x768, but I run it in 1280x720 via HDMI, and it looks much better.

Anyway, i did not mean to start a debate about this, I am sure there are other threads in this forum for this

Now, Reptile, any ETA on this skin?

That's good if you do.
I'll probably just make my own xml when you release the skin.

Because (at least on my TV) 1280x720 look like shit. Since my display is native 1366x768 im far better off upscaling things on my computer and sending it 1:1 pixelmaped to my display, then setting it to 1280x720 and forcing it to display something its not ment to.

However if i knew what i know now when i bought a TV, i would definitly have bought a 1280x720 or 1080p TV. 1366x768 is useless, as it only makes HD content look worse.

I really like the horizontal arrows in the filmstrip view, thats a touchup! But you forgot that in the vertical listings the scrolling arrows are switched. This happens in xface and in your other skins as well, please fix it

About mytvseries, Spuk layouts looks much better. In particular what i dont like in xface is the too small area for movie/series synopsis. Please make it bigger, also in the initial mytvseries page, 6 rows for banners are too many IMO. 5 would be ok and bigger space for the text.
