Is it possible to have an episode image for a season?

Hi,

I'm using the awesome MyTVSeries plugin with Monochrome 2.0 as my skin, and am really pleased with the way it handles my TV shows. There's just one thing I want to try and figure out, and it's this:

When viewing episodes within a Season, I get this:



With a snapshot from the episode, and a Season picture beside it, which is how it should be.

However, when I view the Season list for the show, I get this:



So all I want to do is create an image to go in the grey box, but that's essentially assigning an episode image to a season. Having looked at the image names in the application directory, I'm sure it can be done by using the correct filename but I can't "crack the code".

So, I'm sure there's a really simple way to achieve this, can someone put me out of my misery and tell me?

Ack, it had to be skin or plugin. I might have known I'd pick the wrong one.

Looks like season "episode images" aren't possible in the plugin. What you're seeing shouldn't happen, in season list that little "no episode" image shouldn't appear - I'll look at the xml for ya

It's only a minor thing, but I appreciate you taking a look at it. From reading through the forum yesterday, I noticed it's possible to have different fanart by season, so that will be great when I've got 4 seasons like this.

While we're on the subject of minor niggles, do you know what causes this, and how to get rid of it?:





The text over the top of his head. It shows up in all of the TV show screens, over the fanart. It happened when I went from MP 0.2.3.0 & Monochrome 1.7 to Monochrome 2.0 (+ required SVN). Last night I updated to Monochrome 2.1 (+required SVN) and it was still there.

it seems like the imagehoster you are using, triggers our spamprotection software.
this is the reason why they get moderated.

please simply use the attachment feature of the forums to share images.

I found out what was causing that text problem; it was because I was using the TV Plugin v1.29 rather than the newest 2.x version.

The old version is still available here:

Whereas the new version is here:

However, the MPI section states "The NEW way to serve and install plugins & skins." so that's why I followed the link to the old, outdated plugin.
