Version 2.2 Released!

Version 2.2 of Indigo and Monochrome has been released.

Mediaportal-svn-07-04-2008--12-31-Rev19574 (or later) REQUIRED

Changes:

Updated MyWeather again.
Modified common.time.xml to suit new weather xml.
Changed default MP-TVSeries layout.
Added support for MP-TVSeries Fan Art downloading.
Added support for channel state icons in Mini Guide, custom icons created.
Minor change to TV Server home screen.
Modified progress bars and added transparency to OSD.
Shoutcast Radio changed to My Radio in Music menu.
Fixed incorrect logo shown when switching from live TV to watching recorded TV (I hope).

Thanks to all who posted updated xmls and bug reports/suggestions.

oh OK sorry. In the package are some special files for people who have graphical problems as i understand. I would first like to know which exact problems they fix. Additionally i've another problem. The TV preview does not work - it flickers or is black at all.

Yes, I'll switch back to Monochrome (the best skin!) and sort out some logs over the weekend.

Do you get this with all skin files, if you do, you will need to create a post regarding this problem (or search for same issue).

Hmmm, I don't know what the problem was - but I regenerated the music database, and it's fixed. It works fine under Monochrome.

I just installed this version on a fresh install of Vista 32bit and RC1 with the latest SNV and the text in MY TV-Series is a bit garbled. There are dots appearing above and below certain letters which is quite distracting.

I installed the font that came in the .rar although it looks different to the old one (V2.0) has this changed or could the font have not installed properly?

I've just done a complete re-install of my server and clients with rc1 and latest svn and have installed version 2.1 and I still have exactly the same issues I've always had:

1) No channel logo when playing back recordings. Channel logos are there just fine when playing back live TV.
2) When watching a recorded programme that is still in the process of recording, the timer status bar doesn't shift along with it so at some point my current time will go past the end time and if I try to fast forward it goes back to a point that was still within that time line.

Second I have a question regarding the MyFilms Plugin (already asked Zebon in his subforum, I am not sure if it's skinrelated or pluginrelated...):
Would it be possible to add a searchfunction for the description field of the myfilms plugin? Currently I can search only "name" and "actor"

One of these should be fixed in v2.2
