Default Generic Skin - Moving Pictures

Thought It might be worth starting a new thread for this. I have created a generic skin for moving pictures, which should work with most skins. There is no graphic files replaced so it won't change your skin at all.
Here is how its looking on BlueTwo Wide

Here is how its looking on Monochrome

Now its going to have bugs and it doesn't look as good as it could but I cant really create custom xmls for each skin now can I.

The files are attached below.

Im not very good at xml, but wouldnt the generic skin files fail if placed within a skin with different res in reference.xml then this one (which is 1366x768? I mean objects placed at <posX>1281</posX> and <posY>721</posY> in a 1280x720 skin would be outside the screen..?

Anyways it should work for Aeon, so I'm happy

thx

excellent work mattsk88.

would be nice if everything concerning the skinning of moving pictures ( or at least some screen shots ) would be posted here .

once again excellent work.

Thanks mattsk88 I really appreciate that. Having a generic skin like this will really help with getting people comfortable trying this thing out. I will include this with the next release so if their skin does not yet support MovingPictures, they can still get up and running.

Maybe a genaric 4:3 skin for us SD slackers? with size 14 fonts for list entries and scrolling text box (for us old eyes and smaller TVs).

Thanks

Chuck

@Mattsk88

When swapping between views I suddenly find myself launching movie details for a movie.. Its when you enter "large iconview" that the focus shifts from the views button to the first movie in your list..
