Good news: The search for a lyric of the currently played mediafile works again. The fix will be included in the next release that will be uploaded in a couple of days from now.

Bad news: The webservicess still don't work in configuration mode when run in the MP configuration. It might be the MP config that enforces a threading issue that don't allow the services to return a valid output. I try a couple of things tomorrow.

The source files will natural be included in the release 0.07, so you can run the configuration of MyPlugin from Visual Studio, if you want to search your music database for lyrics, configurate something, or debug in search for the problem.

I was very happy to see this plugin back. I installed it, activated via configuration (it was back there), but Mylyrics is not listed in home screen or in My Plugin. Am I the only one?

Try copying 'LyricsEngine.dll' from the plugins/windows-library into the mediaportal-library. That might help. At times Mediaportal looks for dll-files in the strangest places lately... At least, that's my experience, and I have a tough time getting MP to work with dll's and webservices in the latter SVN's.

Anyway, there already was a lyricsengine.dll in mediaportal root folder, I saw. That maybe was the cause...

The plugin was written for the svn version and you are running .2.1.0 Feature Release. There is nothing a user can do at the moment, changes in the plugin have to be made to work with the non-svn releases. If this assessment is off, someone please correct it.
