episode image spoilers

I am sure this has been asked, but I came up short on searching...

Is it possible to have the episode thumbnails hidden to prevent spoilers as well? It is rather frustrating to see screen shots of important scenes in shows before watching them.

yes 1 image is a spoiler...

example:
an image of an arrest on a cop show where they have been building a case for a few eps back
an image of two people in bed who hadn't been before
there are also many times that spoilers happen because of ep images for lost

You should post on TheTVDB forums and request that the images be changed in those cases. We specifically say that the episode image shouldn't be a spoiler.

How about adding an option not to display episode thumbs for non watched episodes?

As Scott said, if an image is spoilery you should ask for it to be changed. Else it must be a pretty boring show if the whole plot can be given away in one thumb :-)

If we do every option people ask for we will soon have 100 additional options that all but 5 people use and it'll be impossible to for the average user to configure (it already is damn hard I hear).
