| I just installed the tvseries plugin and when trying to play any file The screen just goes black and then returns back to the menu. Am I missing something? The exact same avi file plays fine in "my videos" Is there a way for tvseries to use the "my video" player to play the files? I have the 2.3.0 MP |

| Ok I was messing around with it and it seems as if I have to try to open the file two times to get it to work. Does this mean something is missing since it takes two tries for the video to work? |

Country: | MyTVSeries uses the same MyVideos engine to play the files, so that is not your issue. When it does not play or jumps directly back to the menu it means (in my experience) that it cannot find the file. Try re-scanning your TV directory from the setup app but make sure the remove offline content option is slected, the it will pull out any dead links. |
