Country: | I'm having this issue where files that parse ok are failing to import into MP TV Series. All my files have the exact same format (i regex them as i add them): <show name> - S<xx>E<xx> - <episode name>. Every single file parses just fine in the parsing test provided (neat by the way) but not every show imports correctly. The things i've noticed are: 1) Shows that don't import properly almost always import the first episode of the first season but nothing else. 2) Shows that don't import properly seem to be the shows that are alphabetically first. 3) Looking at the log i get the message"Error reading mediainfo unable to load dll mediainfo.dll. Regarding that dll thing, from what i can tell it's supposed to be part of the TV Series plugin but i can't find it in the rar i downloaded (even though the release notes state that an updated version of it is included). I don't think that it's the problem though because as i say they parse just fine and most files do import (keeping in mind that everything has exactly the same name format). I've tried to 'update media info' choosing all then running the 'start import' again. No dice. Any suggestions? in advance.MediaPortal Version: 1.0.0 MediaPortal Skin: Monochrome 2.4 Windows Version: Vista |

Country: | I just updated to the beta (2.0.3279), problem still occurs though the dll issue seems to be resolved. I ran an update media info then a import. The same shows are missing all their episodes except for ep1 of season 1. Again many other shows are still working fine. I just tried emptying the database and re importing everything. Not finished yet i'll post an update if it works. What i did notice however is occasionally i see the message below repeated for several lines in the log window: Warning - Could not add Volume Label/Removeable Property to episode - are you using these as a capture group? I'm using log level debug so it may be nothing but if it helps... Last edited by hobartgeorge; 2009-01-03 at 02:43.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |
