I can't see in Media Portal two channels that I can in TV Server Preview

Hi,

If I use the preview of TV Server I can see perfectly these 2 channels, the two main channels in my country, by the way.

Both are:

Types: DVB-T
Details: 770,00 MhZ BW:8

When I try to watch them in Media Portal it says: Failed to star TV, or it says simply nothing.

Sorry for asking this, but where can I find these logs. I've searched them in the program folders. And another question, must I copy the logs just after trying to see these these 2 channels in MP and TVServer?

Logs can be gathered by MediaPortal TestTool, which can be found in Start -> All Programs -> Team MediaPortal -> MediaPortal -> MediaPortal TestTool. This program can make a zipfile with all the logs needed. Use the testtool to clear your logs, start MP, and gather the logs after reproducing the error.

The internal TV-Engine of MediaPortal is no longer in development, so the only thin i can advice you is to install the MediaPortal TV-Server.
I also own a Skystar2 and use it daily. No issues with the TV-Server.
