Prevent Windows From Sleeping/Standby

This may be more of a Windows question than a MP question, but...
Is there a way to prevent Windows from going into standby (or turning off the display) while MediaPortal is running?

Have you checked that all the power options in the windows control panel have been turned off and the screen saver has been disabled?

Currently I have standby turned off in the control panel. However, I'd prefer to leave it on for when I'm not using MediaPortal (i.e. I'd like to not have to switch the settings whenever I run MP).

May I suggest then, extending the idle timeout value to something over 2 or 3 hours possibly? I don't think it is possible for MP to show it not being idle. You could try in the MP configuration to set it as "Always on Top" in the general section.
