Hello and Welcome to MediaPortal.
If you have just discovered our forums, then this forum here is the perfect place to start.

I you have general questions about MediaPortal (what it is, what it does) then feel free to post an thread here.

We currently have 2 active projects:

• MediaPortal:

  Our stand alone HTPC-Solution.

• MediaPortal TV-Server:

  The TV-Server is designed to fulfill the needs of todays HighDefinition Televison. It supports dvb-s2 and direct TS recording. It is a replacement of the old TV-Engine which is integrated in MediaPortal (which does not support HDTV).
  Amd every PC in your LAN with MediaPortal installed is able to connect to one TV-Server instance.(multiseat)

MediaPortal - Forums:
