yeah - i do it this way. you can then set your web server to run on whatever port isn't blocked by your isp!

You also need to remember to port forward the appropriate port to your azureus machine assuming you are behind a router. I use the HTML WebUI from work and it is pretty good although some may yelp security, there was a java interface as well but I don't know if its still available. Logmein.com is a pretty good way to tunnel through a router, my work machine is behind a router that does not pass VNC and VPN is not allowed but running the Logmein server on the target machine gets round all that.
