CPU useage tracking

I have a strange problem which is not necessarily cause by MP so that's why I am posting here.

Occasionally after running MP (and other programs) when I close MP and all programs I still have 40% CPU activity.

I have tried tracking this down via Task Manger and Resource Monitor but I can't find anything that uses more than 1-2% cpu. I do have a few services running (e.g SqueezeServer, MSQL) but they consume very little CPU according to Resource Monitor.

Is there a better tool to track down the culprit services?

Any other suggestions?

Fixed this - the PC was indexing offline files. When I turned that off CP back to normal.
