Default How to have mp auto turn off timeshifting after a recording?

I would like to have Timeshift atuo turn off after a recording is finished. How can I do this? For me, with time shift turned on too long, I get sound distortions (I'm using wintv pvr 150) and I get the No signal errors. I have not tested RC3 with time shift on, so maybe those problems I've been getting have been fixed. But for now I would like it to be off when recording stops.

Thanks

Why not try RC3 and see if that solves your problem first?

My problem with Timeshifting on (also in RC3) is that changing channels is much slower than with Timeshifting off.

Is your life really that hectic that you can't deal with the extra second or so it takes to change channels, or to turn timeshifting off?

Personally I'd rather see the devs work towards a rock solid piece of software then to nickel and dime them with petty requests/features.

Not at all! Bij default I have timeshifting turned off. And by the way, I didn't request anything. See my post http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/vi...827&highlight=
