How to read the changelog now?

There is one thing I always wanted to ask, since the new changelog system has been introduced... Well, how does one read it? More precisely, how do I find out the changes of an SVN version?

Well, you might be confused here, as everything is classified as a bugfix, yes there have been some visual changes to config, thats all, so all checks for progress on MP1 is still viewing mantis for work being currently undertaken.

Main page of mantis is the only clue, there is no log now available.
