MP3 Tagger (automatic adding of the tracknumbers in a batch)

Hi,

i'm using mediaportal for quite a while now. greate peace of software, indeed!!!!

i have a quite large mp3collection, good sorted and mostly proper tagged. the only thing thats anoying me is that nearly all of the tags are missing out the tracknumber
now i'm searching for a tool which can update my mp3tags automaticaly based on the filename. all my mp3s on my htpc have the same structure in the filename ((cdnumber)tracknumber-artist-title)

I recommend MusicBrainz Picard -if you are willing to spend a little time.

Have a look at MP3Tag (Homepage). It's Freeware and can extract information out of the Filename and insert it into the tags. The other way is also possible, if someone need this.
