Need software to convert DVD into AVI and WMV formats.

DVD into AVI and WMV My regards to the community, I am looking for software that can help me to convert my formats. I have tried a few ones but that has been such a good experience. I need to get a one that has a good speed and also maintains the quality with its conversion.

Do drop in your views to help get me a better solution.
