|  What refresh rate should I use? I've got a Samsung le32r51bd lcd screen which I use for Mediaportal. Bearing in mind i'm in the UK so i'm using mostly PAL encoded files at 25fps, what refresh rate should I set my graphic card at (Nvidia 6600)? The screen accepts anything from 60 to 75hz. Any suggestions?
