Area: Media Portal MP Version: 0.2.0.0 + CVS from 11/11/2005 Skin: Modded MCE and Blue Two Windows Version: WINXP + SP2 CPU Type: AMD Sempron 2200 Memory: 1024MB Corsair Motherboard Chipset: Gigabyte GA 7S-748-L Video Card: ASUS Radeon 9200 SE Video Card Driver: Catalyst 5.11 Video Render Type: VMR9 (but happens with either) Video Codec Type & Version: MP's own codec (But happens with all) Audio Codec Type & Version: MP's own codec (But happens with all) TV Card: type of TV card, Hauppauge PVR150 (not MCE version) TV Card Type: Hardware TV Card Driver: Unknown at moment TV Card: type of TV card, Hauppauge NOVA-T (PCI) TV Card Type: DVB TV Card Driver: Latest Technotrend BDA drivers I am currently using a CVS build from 11/11/05 and everything is OK. However, when I move to any build since then I can't get the TV to come on. The log file says that the TV is on and the correct channel is viewing, but the picture and sound is not there and the TV On radio button is clear. Just checking whether this is a known issue, or whether it is a bug specific to my setup Thanks Andy PS It's great to see the concentration on a stable build. It really does seem to be paying dividends. Keep up the great work.

Area: Media Portal -->MyTV MP Version: 0.2.0.0 + CVS from 16/11/2005 Skin: Blue Two , Language: English Windows Version: WINXP + SP2 CPU Type: Intel P4 3,0 Ghz Memory: 512MB Motherboard Chipset: Intel Video Card: NVidia Geforce FX5200 Video Card Driver: last update Video Render Type: VMR9 Renderless Video Codec Type & Version: Intervideo Audio Codec Type & Version: Intervideo TV Card: type of TV card, Skystar2 PCi DVB-S TV Card Type: Software TV Card Driver: 4.3.2 I have the same problem in all the CVS build's after 11-10-2005-23-04, so CVS 11-10-2005 is stable on my system. Now I have put on the today's CVS-build 16-11-2005, MyTV is not working. After a littlebit searching and gambling I put back the TVCapature.dll from the CVS-build 11-10-2005 and after that MYTV is working well as before.javascript:emoticon('') So I think that there is a bug in the TVCapture.dll because my tuner is not starting with the recent dll. Ride on, Bream2005 PS. Greetings to all off the crew, your work is great!!!!

Having problems with MYTV. sometimes it works for few seconds and then MP freezes. Tryed clean install of MP from rc1 and the lates cvs but not much luck. MP crashes quite often. Think we just have to wait until they finish with the big changes. Also wonder wheather .net 1.1 and .net 2 really cohesist so well toghether. The dev don't seem to have such problems but hey they are not using anonym cvs either. it's a pity as 11nov cvs was quite stable. Only had real issues whe recording..normally it crashe MP. AS

I can now view TV but it is extremely choppy ~ 1 frame/sec. It then pops up a no signal error. While the no signal error is present the video plays fine, then when the pop-up disappears it goes choppy again. This only occurs in fullscreen. Otherwise the TV works fine. bream2005

OK, I have taken the CVS build from 17/11/2005 and rolled back the TVCapture.dll to 11/11/2005 and TV now works. The only issue I have with it is that tearing is bad. This isn't me complaining btw, I know the CVS builds are inherently unstable. I'm just trying to offer feedback to any developers who may be interested.

I have the same problem, everything seems to work, but there's simply no TV picture. Using TVCapture.dll from RC1 and from 10nov makes no difference. I tried several codecs and rendering settings, finally Media Portal crashed. Using latest build of today on Windows XP SP2. Is there anyone at all for whom it works?
