NullReferenceException in 'Remotes ->Direct Input'

Hi Guys, :-)

I get a NullReferenceException from the MP-Setup, when I enable the Direct Input.

Steps:

MP-Setup -> Remotes -> Direct Input, I click on "Enable Direct Input" and select my Gamepad in the combobox "Direct Input Device".
When I close the MP-Setup I get an NullReferenceException from VS-Debugger.
I get this NullReferenceException also, when I close MP-Setup and when I close MP. When I disable Direct Input (Remotes -> Direct Input -> "Enable Direct Input"), I don't get this Exception anymore.

I have the "XBox 360 Controller for Windows".
0.2.0 RC2 and the same at 0.2.0 RC2 with latest CVS-build

Does anyone know this issue or can fix it? :-)

Yep, same problem here with latest (mediaportal-cvs-01-06-2006--01-04) cvs.

Does nobody know whats the issue or can fix it?

The Direct Input function works completely with my gamepad, but it's very annoying when a NullReferenceException pops up everytime when I close MP or the MP-Setup.

It would be very good if this will be fixed.

Just tried different versions, and the RC1 (or 013 for what matters) did not present this problem, but RC2 and everything after that does.

Let us know if the 01-08/09-43 build fixes that problem. If not, post a full MediaPortal.log of such a crash, pls.

Yes, it seems to be fixed in the CVS-build 01-08-2006--09-43.
