Default HTPC connected to Samsung 40" LCD

hi guys,

i have a big cosmetical issue with my htpc lcd configuration.

i have a asus m2a hdmi mainboard and use the onboard graphics for my 40" A558 Samsung LCD screen (LE-40A558-P3F). I connected both devices via HDMI by using the HDMI slot on my board and not the DVI.

The both devices recognize each other successfully but the screen has black borders when set to 1080p resolution.

how can i make the HTPC fit to the LCD screen?

hope you guys can help me out somehow.

regards,

kian

Hi I have the Samsung LE40F71B FullHD (almost same model)

Do you have black borders only in MP or also in windows?

hi Kian,
