Hi

Few days ago i finished build my HTPC:

Windows Version: XP MCE 2005 SP2
CPU: Type: Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2.0GHz PC667, 4MB
HDD: Seagete Barracuda ES 750GB ST3750640NS
Memory: OCZ Gold DDR2 PC6400 2048MB OCZ2G800R22GK
Motherboard: ABIT IL-90MV
Motherboard Chipset: Intel 945GT / Intel ICH7M-DH Express Chipset
Motherboard Bios: Abit 1014
Video Card: Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
Sound Card: Realtek ALC882M codec 8-channel HD (onboard)
Sound Card AC3: Coaxial S/PDIF out / in
1. TV Card:Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-350
1. TV Card Type: CABLE/DVB-T
2. TV Card: Technisat SkyStar HD
2. TV Card Type: DVB-S2
Satelite/CableTV Provider: Canal+ (CYFRA+ HD POLAND)
HTPC Case: Zalman HD160XT Black
Cooling: Scythe Silent Drive / Scythe Samurai Andy / Thermalright HR-05
Power Supply: Yesico FL-550 Fanless
Remote: Logitech Harmony Remote 785
TV: DELL 2407WFP
TV - HTPC Connection: DSUB
Projector: Sanyo PLV-Z5
Projector - HTPC: HDMI

and now everything working pasive and max temp for CPU is 56 degree, system 50, hdd is 49.

On my UPS max power consumption is:

Only HTPC without built in LCD - 37W
HTPC with built in LCD - 43W
During playing HD films 1280x720 h264 54W CPU load 20~24%

wow! That is possibly the most beautiful thing i've ever seen! I love it! That case is amazing. I wish I had a spare few hundred quid to get a decent case! I want a little screen!

Very nice. I finish my very similar setup about a month ago. I'm still looking for a touchscreen friendly skin to make the most out of the 7" LCD. Currently using Mayhem Project III skin.

Im using MPIII too but for navigate i use harmony remote or button on case is easier.

What resolution do you run on the 7" LCD screen? I tried 1280x768, the fonts and icons are too small for accurate touching.
960x600 is the other mode, but I get a white bar at the bottom of the screen that I can't get rid off. I post a message on Zalman website but I don't think they can resolve it.

800x600 is native, 1024x768 is suporting.

But 800x600 is a 4:3 ratio, one would think a 16:9 ratio like 960x600 should be the native resolution

in zalman manual is 800x600 and 1024x768 support, when You use drivers for this case you can chose only this two resolution.
