External Display - Standby message

I've just built an HTPC using the Antec Fusion case, and contrary to many of the posts here it all works fantastically, ie; Harmony remote acting as an MCE remote and the VFD display. I can provide details if anyone is having still problems.

My only issue is when using the Soundgraph iMON VFD/LCD USB option in the external display plugin. Don't get me wrong it works like a dream when in Media Portal but when I shut down the standby message 'MediaPortal not active' is displayed, which is fine but would love to change this to something such as Home Theatre PC like you can in the Imon software.

I've tinkered with the external display.xml file and can change text from there on most options but can't find anywhere where the Standby message is coming from.

Does anyone know how to set this. It would make my HTPC perfect!!!

The External display plugin has been superceded by the CybrDisplay plugin HERE. It adds the functionality you desire.

I use also the cybrDisplay plugin. Under "advanced" you can set that iMon frontview will be started after closing MP. You can set what should be displayed in iMon manager.

For this you must deinstall Antec software and install thoe original iMon manager.

One more qiestion:
can you wakeuppp sytem from S3 standby with IR remote? I cannot get this work!!!! Help needed.

Edit: I got it work with wakeup with remote! you have to change the cabling of the case! You have to remove the front part, connect the power connector with white-black wires (coming from power button) with the display on the opposite side (it has a two-pin connector with PWR and GRND). Connect the colour-wired (purple-black) power connector coming from display with the motherboard! Antec states that this is the standard config but I have seen 2 Antec Fusion cases till now and by both of them the blac-white power cable was not connected to the display.
