Country: | Since the Windows Media Center Edition, Addins are nothing more then XML code that then is embedded into the GUI by way of set location IE VIdeos, Music Etc. My thought was would it not be easy to essentially use all the same plugins from Win. Media Center. This would be allow a signifacent more plugins. The idea would work something like this. Their would be a Media Portal Plugin that simply holds the repository of MCE addins, It also passes certain information from Media Protal Via Standard scripting the the MCE Addin is looking for. Sort of a translator. Any thoughts on this? |
