Import AMC database in MP My movies database

Hello

I don't find how to update the mp my movies database with a Ant movie database.
The only solution I found is to read a film with the plugin My films and the description is added automaticaly in my movies database. But With this solution, I must read all my films one by one and it takes a lot of time !

Is there a solution to add simply all my AMC in my movies database ?

I hope it exists ...
