Default invalid file in my burner

When i click on the my burner plugin i get the error message:
"missing or invalid file" and the error log is thus:

"28/09/2006 00:23:14 734 [ERROR] Error initializing window:MediaPortal.GUI.GUIBurner.GUIBurner Method not found: 'Void MediaPortal.GUI.Library.Log.WriteFile(LogType, System.String, System.Object[])'. My Burner at MediaPortal.GUI.GUIBurner.GUIBurner.InitializeConv ertTimer()
at MediaPortal.GUI.GUIBurner.GUIBurner.Init()
at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.PluginManager.LoadWindowPl ugin(String strFile)"


does anyone know where i've gone wrong? i've installed the plugin as per the readme file and i'm not having any luck
