Notice to all plugin-coders regarding uploads

Guys, can you please stop to change a submission waiting for approval every minute again?

I get constantly 3-10 submissions for the same plugin-version to check just because someone forgot a letter, another letter, again another letter, a number, a link or a whatever and resubmit for each of them.

The main problem besides useless work:
when you submit a new file&description in first step and just change the existing description in another submission before the first one is approved, the file you change is the old file. So we have a changed description in this submission but still the original file. Copy and paste through 10 submissions is not the funniest work (submission 1 includes the new file, submission 3 a new URL, subm 5-8 different descriptions and so on) so please be a little careful with the things you submit and wait until each is approved. If its really needed to resubmit before its approved, always upload the file too.
