So I think they need to add a option for plugins that don't implement the GUIWindow interface. Like the one I'm tryign to dev. :)

Why? If no GUIWindow is found, no initialization is done. What I think you want is another kind of initialization entry for NON window interfaces which still want to be initialized, yes
