I've reworked the GUI for that point !

What should be done exactly ? Remove the left side buttons (Status and History) ?

These days I'm very busy so don't wait for a new release soon.

Well, I eared that Skype was investigating about video-calls. Anyway there is for the moment no release date for this feature...

I think it's more interesting for the moment to focus on existing features like skypeout, messages and conference calls !

Default "missing or invalid file"

Hello,

When I installed the skype plugin according to the .txt file I got the following error on a black screen:

"missing or invalid file:skin\mce\myskype.xml"

I searched for the file, It was in the "bluetwo"dir as described in the txt file. When I copied it to the "skin\mce"dir the plugin seems to work, but I cannot select anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Andy.

Yes it works in 0.1.3.
One thing is missing in the readme.txt (so i fix it).

Install SKYPE if it is not already done !
1 - copy the bluetwo directory to the skin directory.
2 - copy Interop.SKYPEAPILib.dll and Skype4MP.dll into the directory plugins/windows. (do NOT copy SkypeAPI.dll, this is not a MP plugin!!)
3 - execute runme.bat (registers the SkypeAPI.dll)

Now the SkypeMP should appears in Plugins in MP.

Mabye MP should check what kind of .dll it tries to load as plugins?

ps.
If it dont works with the files Maniac's sent in the Skype4MP.rar..
Try this.. http://www.nonstd.com/~std/SkypeMP0130fix.zip
.ds

Cheers
- Anders

Default Are there any Skype files for the MCE skin?

I downloaded the plugin and installed it but it only has files for the blue screen. Are there any files for the MCE skin? I am using MP 0.1.1.0.

Thanks a lot!

No I've made the GUI just for the BlueTwo skin. But you can adapt the xml files for MCE skin !

It won't be so difficult I think... And I would be happy to add this skin to the plugin.

I wish there was a screen shot for this (and every new plugin) sometimes reading the text isn't as good as seeing what the plugin looks like in a skin!
