StandbyWatcher - avoids standby while something is recorded on vista ::V1.1 released! - Page 2

Sources attached today, just any code (from MP ???) resets the away mode from Standby.Watcher or im have something wrong in the code

Feel free to check the code, im testing next week the code and will check what is changing the ES_STATE...

Will this plugin stop the computer from switching off the screen if you're watching a video aswell?

No, just avoids that the computer goes to standy if a user is pressing the power button while something is recorded.

> You can set the timer for the monitor on the power setting control (windows control panel)

Ok thanks, yes I know about the windows-settings, but atm I have to run at at 4 hours to avoid interution in the longest movies, and that is too long for it to be of any real use.

I have some troubles to hold the away mode because MP is overwriting this state with is own

mhm for me mediaportal.exe crashs - when i would like to go to standby while a recording is running with active standbywatcher - i can see the info Message in Background but in front of i've a windows error screen - with an undefined error. (latest SVN)
