Country: | Me to, Aaron is there anything you can think of that may do this, obviously not just the utility itself, sql and TVServer themselves do not seem to show any errors. Not life or death, if there's a way to debug this would be great. Thanks

Country: | guytpetj & pd: Thanks for the feedback, I'm looking into it right now ... setting up a long debug session ... MoPhat: Is it a MediaPortal plugin or a TV Server plugin? If it's a MediaPortal plugin look at the source for the tv plugin (either the one that comes with MediaPortal or the TV Serverone). If it's a TV Server plugin then grab the source code for "TVServerStatus" from the MediaPortal plugins SVN... it does what you want. Hope that helps,

Country: | i would like to request an addtition to your tool : I've got the problem that i'm starting your tool on windows start and that windows needs more time to load the tvservice than to load the monitor so i get an error message that the service is not started. I've created a batch file that waits for 10 seconds to start your program and it is working fine now. As batch files are "ugly" i would like to ask if you could add a "delay timer" to start the search for the tv server. Like : wait xx seconds after start to search for tvservice ... Thanks Joe |
