Default crash on analog channel scan

When i try to scan for analog tv channels it crashes the setuptv.exe, when it finds the first channel

the channel gets added but next time i want to scan, it crashes when if finds the first channel again with the same error

TV-Server Version: tvengine3-09-12-2007--01-23h--Rev15854
Windows Version: Windows XP SP2
1. TV Card: Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II TvTuner

same here with DVB-T card
seems like the columns URL and BITRATE does not allow NULL values and it crashes. When I changed so the columns allowed null all is ok.

I PM gemx about it on i-loops suggestion.
