Default TV-Server - Could not connect to Service

TV-Server Version: tvengine3-02-26-2008--14-29h--Rev17544
Windows Version: Server 2008
CPU Type: AMD Athlon X2
Memory: 4GB
Motherboard: Tyan S2925
Motherboard Chipset: NVidia NForce Pro
Motherboard Bios:
Video Card: XGI Volari Z7
Video Card Driver: Standard-VGA (not available for Vista/Server 2008)
Sound Card: Creative Audigy 4
1. TV Card: Pinnacle PCTV Sat HDTV USB
1. TV Card Type: DVB-S
1. TV Card Driver: latest

Hi,
I have the problem, that the tv-engine service makes problems. I can't connect with the configuration tool to the service, but the service is running. I'am testing on Windows Server 2008 32-Bit.
I tried much (installing .NET 3.5, Restributables of VS2005,...). The only thing, where I don't know, if this could make problems, is the missing VGA driver for my graphic-adapter.
I hope, someone knows something about this.
