Country: | as in cul8ers design at: http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/li...le-t26160.html I like the idea of that the tv still runs in background (with some kind of fade) while you look at TV Guide, Recordings and so on. |

Country: | TVStreams: Maybe it would be possible to let the TV-Streams act like they would be a TVGroup.TV-Subchannels: maybe this would work to have subchannels to appear with an indent in the channels list.

as soon as your TV-Server tunes any channel, then it creates a RTSP Stream. so if you have 1 server and i.e. 2 clients:
if your TV-Server is recording a show atm. then you will find that one too in the TV-Streams list. this is very handy when you have "only" 1 or 2 TV-Cards, because when all cards are busy you maybe can not tune any other channel. with the TV-Streams list you can see what the server is doing atm. and connect to one of the streams if you want to. i hope that cleared this confusion ![]()

| MP Donator ![]() | @infinitiloop + all We discussed that in another thread already, BUT... It just happend to me yesterday that I recorded one channel (btw, I only have one tv card) and wanted to watch another one. Now, I have ~120 channels in my miniepg.... (some say they have 1000 )can you imagine how long it took me to find the channel i could switch to, as far as i remember there were only 2 channels available out of 120, so even if there where 10, you'd still have to look for a considerable amount of time to find your "fitting" channel. My solution was to only show the available channel, but infinityloop did not find this appropriate, so I do not have a real solution for that, but maybe one of you has.... ![]() cheers joystick [edit] infinityloop: we just posted parallel.... ![]()

Country: | That would be really cool! Like integration of Onlinevideos and custom streams in the TV-part of MP. But I guess it has something to do with the TV-server. |

so these "internet Feeds" would appear as ordinary channel in MyTV. but that would be something different, since it does not realy effect the Client side (MyTV).
