Default MCE strange behavior

Hey.
I got a strange thing happening with my MCE remote and ive battled with it for 2 days now.. so enough is enough.. let the experts give me some help

If I use the build in MCE control in Mediaportal everything works.. except the volume control... (which is very annoying)

If I use the alternative MCE plauing found on this page.. the volume control works... but it double jumps, as many ppl have said in other posts. But their solution has always been to go back to the build in controller which I cant do.. since my volume dosent work then (yes i have tried).

I have also tried the latest stable build (0.2.2) and the latest svn build....

2 x install of the stable build, 1 x install of the svn build... Atm im running the svn build.

I have installed the specific drivers for the IR controller from a zip found on this site as well, instead of the automated install in windows XP.

When I use the controller plugin I disable the native MCE support in MP... Nothing helps..

I have also tried changing the various "times" in the plugin (recive time, double press time.. and so on)...

Please help

Hi,
Without a log this isn't going to be easy.
Enable debug log level in MP Setup -> General & extended logging for the remote (remote in setup & for MCE of course).
Have you tested that volume when using keyboard works with MP?

Regards
Roy

Hi,
Yup thats the correct log, for some reason you're volume shows up as not mapped, mine shows it is mapped. Have you tried the default button in the remote setup?
Does it work when you use a keyboard (maybe it is mapped to wrong volume controll or setup)?

Regards
Roy

Not quite sure what you would like me to do, but if I press - or + on my keyboard in MP.. nothing happens..

Btw... my messenger is: kasperwittrup@hotmail.com if that is faster..
