How to change the topbar timeout?

In all skins that have one disappearing, the time is 30s, way too long IMO. I want to change it to 3-5s.
where's the entry in the XML files?

You can change the timeout in the MediaPortal Setup -> Plugins -> Topbar -> Configuration
