Is it OK to use graphics from MP themes to create MythTV themes?

All day I was playing around creating a theme for for the opensource MythTV (www.mythtv.org) based on the MP's Nonafo skin. It's coming along rather nicely, but before I get too carried away, I was wondering if the authors of MP and particularly the Nonafo Skin would give me the permission to use their work and publish to other MythTV users

Shouldn't zdzisekg give credit to Mofux and that the original work was created for MediaPortal?

first of all, thanx for giving me the permission to use it. I ran into some technical problems that I think will preventing me from finishing the theme, but if I do finish it, I intend to take NO credit for other peoples work. All credits will be given to the appropriate person/project.

Was it not that this skin was made form the inspiration of the Meedio program and the skin HDeeTV by Kevin Kelm

yeah, i took the basic idea of the nonafo skin from the hdeetv skin from kevin kelm... he's the one to give credits, although all the gfx of the nonafo skin was made on my own, but the basic idea counts, not the work of redoing gfx... so if you give any credits give them to kevin kelm

Your initial post was about Nonafu, which has been created by Mofux.

Your website is about MePo, which has been created by GrassyNoel. Do you also have his permission? All graphics rights belong to each skin artist, so you need permission from each author you're using graphics from.
