Project Mayhem 3

Hello all, I need some help with PM3, I installed it yesterday and before I start up MP it gives me a warning that the current skin ( PM3) is faulty and might not display everything, this causes my MyFilms plug-in to not display anything at all when accessed.

you need latest SVN to get PM3 properly to work:

I just installed the lasted SVN: MediaPortal-svn--06-11-2007--01-01-Rev14858.exe
And I still got that anoying message, the skin seems to work now, but still anoying with that orange window.. What to do?? //HooX

I may be wrong on this, but I believe to get that warning to stop appearing you just have to edit the references.xml file in the skin's directory. The sixth line down is probably:

<version>0.2.2.0</version>

Or something close to that number. Change it to:

<version>0.2.3.0</version>

That should stop that box from popping up at launch. Again, I'm not positive on that.

Hi I'm new to the Media Portal.

It's great! Thanks alot full devs, skin and plugin devs, and all other community members!

I have a small request for Project Mayhem 3.

Would it be possible for the large buttons on the basic home screen to be mouse over aware, so that the green button next to them would light up with out mousing over to the left to trigger them? In this vein it would be good if the click event where also attached to these larger buttons, so that the green button would trigger and the event would occur.

Also the mini-screen view of what is running often overdraws bottom left corner of the episode description in the tv series screen. Should I add this request to the MP-Tv plugin group or is it better to put that here?

Hi all,

best is, you write all your relevant things of PM 3 in the PM3 thread, so it´s easyer for me to fix the bugs. So we have not several threads for the skin.

PM3 Thread

But beside this, the good Message is , PM3 will come soon with updated version.

rtv has do a cleaning of the xml´s and has do all new stuff for TV3, i´m adding now the new musicmenue with new gfx and xml´s.

So we will have then a complete updated version for 0.2.3.0.
