info on voip sip-client

Hi all,
sorry if it's not the right section.

I would like to know if there's a plug-in that could be used with a voip service, sip service.

I found a plug-in for Windows MCE that could be used to made an receive phone call, http://mcesipphone.oabsoftware.nl/ I'm not talking about skype but a sip client.
