SpinSafe going 1080...

As many may allready know by reading this thread, i have started a complete new skin that uses a resolution of 1920x1080.

The reason fo doing this is that i bought a 1080 TV set for about a week ago and wanted a interface that uses the screen to de max. So i desided to make my SpinSafe Revolve skin for 1080 and did som color changes on the way.
I have tryed to resize the textures as little as possible, so it uses its native resolution and not get blurred like it is in SpinSafe revolve in some screens.

I have uploaded a first Beta version to the download repository. Test it and let me know wat you think, and if there are somethings you want me to change.
But keep in mind that this is a 1920x1080 skin and will probebly not work in screens with lower resolution. So please do not resport bugs if you dont use it on a 1920x1080 screen.

FAQ

Q: I have changed one of the png files, but there are no change in the skin. The old GFX still showing. Why?
A:

• If you use 0.2.2.0 and no SVN.
  You have to delete the packedgfx* files inside the spinsafe 1080 skin folder.
  
• If you use 0.2.2.0 + SVN or 0.2.3.0
  You have to delete the SpinSafe 1080 folder inside the cache folder placed in the MP root.

and then restart Mediaportal.

Q: When i start Media Portal with this skin i get a blank screen/windows background. How do i solve this?
A:

Would it be possible to make the "Shares" view for Videos match that of the view you have in the screenshots? (i.e. no titles under each icon)?

Other than that its a very nice skin.

My comments so far would be:

a) I think the TVSeries banners need to stand out more when selected.
b) Bit too black! maybe a gradient background ala Monochrome? or a picture kinda like the PS3?
c) Is it possible to have the icon preview on the right in "Shares" view and not just when in the views that read from the database? i.e. show the folder.jpg that holds the image in Shares view on the right?

Looks pretty even in 720p, even though the fontsize is too big for that. Just wanted to let you know, in case you were curious, NOT a wrongful bug report.

I also tried it in 1080p but my video card seems to be too slow for that resolution.
Some things I thought about though is that it's a bit hard to make out what option is currently selected as the highlighted icons doesn't change much (at least on the basic home). And the basic home screen looks very "naked" now that you've put everything vertically centered.

Very slick look though.

Looks great thus far on my mistubishi 1080i HDTV. Only issue Ive seen thus far is the "back button" at times does not work both in videos (I know you said that is only 95% done) and TVseries. I also like the static basic home screen you did instead of the "revolve" in the previous skin. Overall a great update to a great skin...

ps: I'll keep an eye out for a good mytvseries icon for the basic homepage.....wish I had the talent to make one...lol

Very good font to read on a big screen.

Would it be possible to have a 'more rows and collums' MyTVSersies screen?
(like the MyTVSeries in Monochrome) that is about the only part wich I do not like.
