Than I have update the database in the MP set-up. That also takes a couple of hours. Is this the right way to do this or can I just put the files in my music folder and than update via MP set-up without WMP. |

| Portal Developer | Hi joostzilla, The music database does not depend on WMP. So after you have added new files to your music folder only a rescan via MP setup is necessary. If you tick the 'Only update files added/changed after...' option only the new files will be added to the database. This saves time compared to a complete scan of your entire collection. Country: | Search the internet for mp3 tag editor and you will be presented with a large collection of tools. I used http://www.id3-tagit.de/ which served my purpose.

| Portal Developer | You can use WMP for changing tags but it always takes some time before the changes are written to the file. As an alternative you can also use Mp3tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/). Regards, Jan |
