DVD video files (IFO) don't return to MediaPortal menu when finished

I am ripping my DVD collection using DVD Shrink and CloneDVD2, keeping only the main movie. When the movie finishes, after the credits, the screen stays black and doesn't return to the MediaPortal menu until I press STOP on the MCE remote. This only seems to happen with IFO files - other file types work correctly. I have 3 computers, all with clean installs of Windows XP Pro SP2 and MediaPortal - they all behave the same. I have not used the Movie database yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
