Country: | Is it possible to exclude a drive from the My Videos menu? I'm using a USB flash drive for timeshift buffering, and it would be nice if I could stop it appearing in the list. It looks like MP is listing the videos directory (as defined in the setup) and any "removable" drives, which makes sense most of the time, but in this case I only use that drive for timeshift. Thanks, Rob |

Country: | I don't think it's directly possible to do this in MP. A couple of ways around it: 1. Use one of the database views - not always practical though. 2. Create a folder on your disk that has shortcuts to all your folders you want visible in MP. Add this folder to MP, setting it to be the default in My Videos, so that you always go to this folder, hence you won't see the removable drives in the list unless you go up one level. Now you should be able to browse through your folders like you previously did (disclaimer: I haven't tried this myself, so I don't know if it will actually work or not...)

Country: | Thanks for the reply. I didn't actually realise you could set a default directory for My Videos... if that's possible that will solve the problem! I'd prefer it to go straight to the videos directory anyway, rather than the list of drives. Being able to exclude a drive would be a nice feature though I reckon. Rob |
