Video up side down

I'm running the latest stable version (0.2.2.0) with the included codecs.
When I watch some XviD videos they're up side down.
I've tried to change the video codec to ffdshow, that I know is working, but it didn't help.

The XviDs that are up side down in MP works fine in other media players, and they use the ffdshow codecs.

Any tips regarding this?

FFDShow - Output check flip video not checked, some how this keeps getting checked occassionaly on my system.

HP also have a Flip video option built into there xp install (Why).

I sorted out the problem.
In ffdshow there is a setting which applications ffdshow should be used with.
I added mediaportal.exe and then the videos turned out the right way.
