| MP Donator  |  Something that may be causing problems is that one of the "Standard" codecs (MPV) does not make use of the aspect ratio information that is included in many broadcasts. This means that if you are using this codec you may be tempted to setup your calibration to give a good TV picture which will ruin things for your pictures... Not sure if this is your problem, but certainly for me if I calibrate my TV correctly (using a ruler), then my photos look fine (as does TV I use the Intervideo codecs.... Andy |
