Open MP on secondary display

Hello, I'm new to mediaportal.

I installed the latest MP, but need an easy way to get it to open on secondary display (LCD tv) by default. Or screen selector if you like..

I searched this forum, and found some patches, but couldn't find a way to make em work. Is there a decent "guide" out there i can follow to make this happen ?

Use the screen selector on the "general" screen in configuration. I think it's not in the main release, but one of the SVN's from later on.
If you just install the newest SVN (link to download and instructions is on the top right of the MP home page) then you get an option box for which screen to start up on.

Okay, but are the SVN's "safe" to use for us non-developers? Will MP become unstable as this is not in the initial release ?
