FireFly Remote Question

I have a firefly remote and i want to control the media portal using the remote but dont know why it is not doing it but it is working fine otherwise i mean to begin with it is not changin the sound or anything i can up and down and select but volume and i cant use the remote the start the media portal

can someone help me with this

Did you select the firefly remote under configuration??? Installed driver suggested by MP?? Remember to install driver before attaching reciever to USB port???

You cant use remote to start MP??? - to do this you would need software running in windows that maps a button on the remote to start MP... Dunno if software like this comes with remote - it definetely doesnt come with MP...
